STATE of H1: Observing at 163Mpc

SHIFT SUMMARY: Currently Observing and have been locked for over 6 hours. Pretty quiet shift - we had one lockloss from the wind suddenly picking up, but the ifo was able to relock itself without any issue, even though the winds were above 30mph for the first part of relocking. We also had another superevent candidate come in!

00:16 ASC MICH IN loops, as well as DHARD, CHARD ASC error loops suddenly got really large, and over the next minutes continued to be large until we lost lock five minutes later at 00:21 UTC
    - EY wind jumped up to 40 mph right around then
