TITLE: 05/30 Eve Shift: 2300-0800 UTC (1600-0100 PST), all times posted in UTC
STATE of H1: Lock Acquisition

SHIFT SUMMARY:

After locking H1 at the beginning of the shift, there was some Squeezer work for about an hour and then H1's been Observing for most of the rest of the shift (except for a quick drop noted below).  And in the final minutes of the shift was capped off with a gravitational wave candidate.
LOG:

• 2350 H1 back to NLN, and Sheila/Naoki worked on the squeezer---initially to restore alignment and then running through the two scan states from the SQZ Manager.
  • If H1's range drops, Sheila asked for me to take H1 out of Observing to Turn off Squeezing for a few minutes and run a DARM spectra to compare effects of Squeezing/No-Squeezing to confirm these range drops are due to the Squeezer.
  • 0045 H1 back to Observing
• 0623-0627 Out of Observing to take a No-Squeezing measurement.
• 0753 S240531bp
