SHIFT SUMMARY: Maintenance day went smoothly this morning, but the high winds made locking afterwards impossible. Main activities for the maintenance period included spot moves on the OFI (which have been reverted), HAM7 CPS tests, vacuum turbopump checks, and more FARO surveying. I attempted an initial alignment shortly after noon, but ALS would not stay locked long enough for it to work, so I stopped trying and left H1 down until the wind hopefully dies down this evening.
