H1 lost lock at 0807UTC (0107PT) for a reason I can't figure out. Since then there have been numerous lock losses from various states in the locking process. It has made it past full power, but other times it won't make it to DC readout. I've ran another initial alignment just to try something, but I'm having the same results. There was also a small earthquake from mexico to slow this all down.
The useism is getting higher, though not terrible, but I'm beginning to wonder if maybe some of the sensor correction changes that have happened (alog78226) aren't playing well with this ground motion. I've changed the SEI configuration to USEISM since the wind is still low and well see how this goes.
Handing off to Ryan with no improvement. We've now had the majority of our lock losses from ENGAGE_ASC_FOR_FULL_IFO, and the OMC has been locking on a wrong mode but then will relock and sometimes fix itself. I recommended that Ryan maybe try to step ASC on one by one. I didn't notice any particular one working much harder than others on past attempts. Our recycling gain is already less stable at this point though, so I'm wondering if engaging the ASC isn't the issue. Unsure.
