BRUCO from high noise time on the 16th May

I ran a BRUCO (brunt force coherence) from a time segment (400s) starting at GPS 1399898087 when we had high noise in the range BLRMS and this was correlated with high noise on the CO2_ISS_CRTL2 signal, as discussed in this comment by Sheila.

We know our instances of abrupt drops are correlated with the CO2 ISS array and possibly the squeezer and the purpose of this is to check for any other correlations whoch provide an explanation for our range drops.

The BRUCO was run on GDS-CALIB_STRAIN_NOLINES to avoid finding coherences between the calibration lines and various channels.

The BRUCO can be ran following these instructions from Elenna.

ASC-CHARD_Y couples in strongly at frequencies below 19Hz, which probably means we just need to tune the A2L gains again.

SUS-ITMY_L3 yaw couples in strongly below this frequency also.

ASC-OMC_A_YAW_OUT  and ASC-OMC_QPD_A_YAW_OUT couples in strongly below 15 Hz and then again at around 26 Hz, which means there might be something coupling into the alginment of the beam into the OMC.

Worried about mutiple coherences with HEPI and PEM at around 27Hz also.
