After much time diagnosing locking issues this morning (see alogs 78251 and 78258 for the main events), we eventually reached NLN after damping violin modes in OMC_WHITENING for 40 minutes. Almost two minutes after reaching NLN, Robert attempted to ramp the bias on ITMY, but accidentally changed it immediately, which unlocked the IFO at 19:38 UTC.

H1 is currently relocking. We're scheduled for commissioning time until 22:00 UTC, so if we can get back to low noise, we'll spend time commissioning until then.
