Since Tuesday some of our sucsesfull locks have required manual intervention with the alignment of SRC to be able to turn on the DARM offset. 

We would like to have Tony lock the IFO to 10W tonight and intentionally unlock it to see that we do not have any pressure spikes when this happens in this alignment. 

I've edited the guardian, setting the flag in lscparams so that we power up on RF, and adding a check of this flag in DARM_OFFSET so that we don't engage the DARM offset if the flag is True.
