Last night, Jenne had Tony make a few changesto allow us to run 10W lockloss tests WITHOUT the OMC/DC Readout.  Here are the changes made to Guardian files, which were SAVEd & LOADed for ISC_LOCK.

Reversion for ISC_LOCK.py:

• line3044 (under PREP DC READOUT TRANSITION state):  nodes['OMC_LOCK'] = 'READY_W_NO_WHITENING' #was DOWN for 10W/pressure spike issues Jun2024, returning to "READY..." cg

Reversion For lscprams.py:

• line589:  power_up_on_RF = False   #was True for 10W/pressure spike issues Jun2024 cg

This will allow us to lock the OMC (unless I missed other changes from last night).
