BSC-ISI : Models & MEDM were updated

Started by installing/testing the update on ITMY-ISI (h1isiitmy.mdl)

Ran an svn up on userapps/trunk/isi/common. Details of the svn up are attached.

Checker & WD - SEI aLog #257

1 - Model Work:
      - Made sure that channels were now set to be recorded in the science frame (including the ODC channel)
      - Made sure that ISO and DAMP blocks got updated with the new logic to feed the ODC bit.
      - Added the GND_STS blocks from the gnd_sts_library.mdl into the top level model of ITMY. Directions in SEI aLog #262
(Outputs of the master model were grounded in the top model for: BS, ITMX, partially ETMY, and partially ITMY, as planned. see attached screeshots).

GND_STS blocks of gnd_sts_library.mdl were renamed:
Having 3 blocks with the same name in the same .mdl file caused RCG to get confused. i.e. as it was set, rcg picked the GND_STS block for ETMX while compiling, causing the wrong STS channels (ETMX) to be recorded into       the science frame. This was fixed by renaming the 3 GND_STS blocks to
        - GND_STS_IY
        - GND_STS_EX
        - GND_STS_EY

      H1ISIITMY.ini:
           with unmodified GND_STS part
                  [H1:ISI-GND_STS_ETMX_X_DQ]
                  [H1:ISI-GND_STS_ETMX_Y_DQ]
                  [H1:ISI-GND_STS_ETMX_Z_DQ]
After renaming GND_STS part (to GND_STS_IY)
                  [H1:ISI-GND_STS_IY_HAM2_X_DQ]
                  [H1:ISI-GND_STS_IY_HAM2_Y_DQ]
                  [H1:ISI-GND_STS_IY_HAM2_Z_DQ]
                  [H1:ISI-GND_STS_IY_HAM5_X_DQ]
                  [H1:ISI-GND_STS_IY_HAM5_Y_DQ]
                  [H1:ISI-GND_STS_IY_HAM5_Z_DQ]
                  [H1:ISI-GND_STS_IY_ITMY_X_DQ]
                  [H1:ISI-GND_STS_IY_ITMY_Y_DQ]
                  [H1:ISI-GND_STS_IY_ITMY_Z_DQ]
The correct STS channels are now recorded in the science frame.

2- Model was recompiled and restarted
------
3 - WD screens got updated ("set" and "reset" buttons available on top of the WD threshold)
4 - Safe values are correct:
      CPS:    20,000cnts
      GS13:  32,760cnts
      L4C:    50,000cnts
      ACT:    32,760cnts
5 - If  a WD threshold is changed from its safe value, checker sets it back to the safe value, by increments of 1cnt.
6 - "set" and "reset" buttons behave as expected.
7 - Set CPS threshold to -1 -> saw it trip, and go back straight to 20,000
8 - Set CPS threshold to 2000.5 -> the checker incremets to 2001, and then increments by steps of 1count untils it reaches the safe vaule.
9 - Set the CPS threshold to 99,995cnts. Checker substract 1cnt every second. Pressed "set" and dialed 105,000cnts. Checker starts at 99,999 and counts down from there.
10- Pressed the "set" button. The counting down stoped. It started again from where it was left, 12s later.
11- Set CPS threshold to 20.008cts. Checker brings it back to 20,000cts (Safe Value), and stops there.
12- Repeated steps 7 through 11 on the thresholds of the GS13, L4C and ACT. All is OK.
13- Set all theshold 1000cts above safe. Saw them counting down, in sync The "set theshold safe" button, which should reset all the thresholds to safe, does not work, as expected (sei aLog #257)
------
14- Turned on DAMP and ISO lv2. (no filters loaded yet).
15- tripped the ISI by lowering the threshold on the CPS -> ISO filters get turned off. Ramp time and offsets get turned to 0. Offests also get disengaged.

ODC GAIN SEI aLog #259

- Turned DAMP+ISO ON, on both stages.
- Put upated the correct state to match the current state so the ODC bit would be 1.
- Changed the gain of ISO_X to 0. ODC bit turns to 0.
- Did the same test on every degree of freedom of both stages, and got the same result.
- Same tests were perfomed on DAMP. Same results were obtained.

Ported the update to all the H1 BSC-ISIs

- Then, recompiled and restarted all the H1 BSC-ISI models
- ETMY could not be restarted. It has no computer assigned yet.

Note: The SItemap.mdl was updated to feature H1:ISI-ETMX. The new version is commited under the SVN as -r5735

Upates were completed on BSC-ISI and work as expected. -  the GND_STS blocks had to be renamed (localy for now)

Start testing on HAM6-ISI (h1isiham6.mdl)
