Conda packages on the workstations were updated.

There are two bug fixes in this update

foton 4.1.2: magnitude can now be positive when creating a root using the Mag-Q style in the 's' plane.

diaggui 4.1.2: Excitation channel names weren't nested properly on the excitations tab.  This has been fixed.
