With Patrick and Filiberto's help, the EX Beckhoff system is now running.  The Twincat System Manager sees all EX components, and keepalive signals are propagating down the fiber link from the corner to EX and vice versa.  Here's the documentation we followed to get the fiber links working: http://infosys.beckhoff.com/english.php?content=../content/1040/el6692/html/bt_el6692_functionality.htm

MEDM screens went live after we started Maggie's EPICS server, using the command C:\SlowControls\EPICS\Utilities\Bin\start_h1x1.bat

Cabling out to the electronics in the VEA still has to be set up and tested.
