I have reinstated the picket that looks into South and Central America on the picket fence code. We will be looking into US.HLID (which came back to life) instead of the inconsistent US.HWUT [see LHO log 79268, LHO log 78404]

We still don't know why the stations keep coming in and out. For now, please git pull at the Picket Fence folder to get the latest update

Long term, I am working on adding a set of backup stations that will trigger manually or automatically, but it will take some time to roll out.
