Yesterday PT154 was found with a blinking "amber" LED, per the user manual:
Blinking Amber | 1. Both Micro-Ion gauge filaments inoperable – Replace the gauge 2. Possible electronics failure – Return the module to MKS |
Gauge will stay there for now, if posible and approved by others a replacement will be installed. A plot of the failure is attached, signal for the pressure gauge is the RED trace.
Unfortunately this is not the only one that I found that is in trouble, another gauge located at position C1 has a continuous "amber" LED, per the user manual:
Steady Amber | Micro-Ion gauge ON – One filament is inoperable |
I walked and visited all other gauges, MKS brand, and they appear to be OK.
FRS ticked opened for faulty gauge, 31787.
