ETM OPLEV charge measurement
I ran the OPLEV charge measurements for both the ETMs this morning.
On ETMX the charge still looks to be decreasing towards zero on all DOF/quads.
On ETMY the charge looks fairly stable, hovering just above 0 and 50 on all the DOFs/quads, where it has been the past few measurements.
