SHIFT SUMMARY: Got the ion pumps pumping today, so the pressure has gone down quite a bit. Also did a quick check of AS_C and the fast shutter using single bounce (79575). The IMC is LOCKED, and ITMs are MISALIGNED.

- I adjusted the OPTICALIGN OFFSET values for MC1,MC2, and MC3 until the driftmon values were back to what they had been yesterday before the computer crash. Then I took IMC_LOCK to LOCKED and it caught easily.
