The PSL was taken down last Tuesday as part of Jason and Fil's comb hunt (alog79533), which shows in basically every trend six days ago.

The ISS was not turned back on when the PSL was brought back up last week, so Jason enabled it this morning, which explains the lower PMC transmitted power over the past week or so. However, even with the ISS now on, the PMC is putting out ~1.6W less power compared to before it was unlocked last week.

The FSS TPD has been trending down over the past several weeks and alignment looks poor on the camera, so sometime today or tomorrow I'll touch up the RefCav alignment.
