Almost Immediately PI 29 started to ring up as well at 14:59:40 UTC

I watched the PI modes for 29 move and try to find the right damper settings but nothing happened with PI 28. PI 28 had a larger ring up than PI 29.

Saturations started  at 15:01:08 UTC

We were unlocked by 15:01:20 UTC. 

This was the fastest PI related lockloss I've encountered.
