VACSTAT glitch alarm for BSC3 (false alarm)
We had another transient glitch of the BSC3 PT132-MOD2 gauge which triggered the VACSTAT alarms. Gerardo confirmed that no other gauge had an issue.
The PT132 glitch is a square wave, only 2 seconds in width.
Pressure went from 4.8e-08 to 6.7e-08 Torr at 13:25:42 and returned to its base value 2 seconds later.

I restarted vacstat_ioc.service on cdsioc0 at 13:53 to clear this BSC3 latched event.
