OPLEV charge measurements, ETMX, ETMY
I ran the OPLEV charge measurements for both of the ETMs yesterday morning.
ETMX's charge looks to be stagnant.
ETMY's charge looks to be on a small upward trend, the charge is above 50V on LL_{P,Y} and UL_Y.
