SHIFT SUMMARY: Currently relocking and at MAX_POWER . We took a few extra hours after the normal maintenance period to continue troubleshooting the PSL issues, but it didn't come up with much.
When I took SEI_ENV to MAINTENANCE we lost lock (most likely due to increased ground motion from septic tank truck + MAINTENANCE mode switch)
