Solar Panels on Y2-8

One of the solar panels on Y2-8 was replaced. Panels provide power to a vacuum gauge inside the beamtube enclosure.

We needed to replace the panel since one of the lead wires was severed by something (wind or bird), cutting the power loop, thus preventing the solar panels from charging the batteries, see photo of the bad panel.
