SHIFT SUMMARY: We've been down from WIND for most of the day, winds are finally below 20mph for the 3 minutes average as of the end of the shift.

PSL/IMC investigations today while we were down for the wind alog81056, the secondary microseism is still decreasing however slowly. Its been a windy shift, I had a ~2ish hour window of >30mph winds where I was able to hold ALS, but I ran into issues at ENGAGE_ASC where we would have an IMC lockloss 13 seconds into the state everytime.
- 02:13 UTC I tried to see if I can hold GREEN_ARMS locked as the wind had calmed down a little
