Jim and Fil alerted me that the MKS 390 gauge on A2 cross of FC-A (between HAM7 and BSC3) was making a clicking noise. While I was elsewhere moving compressors around, Patrick and Fil attempted to reset it via software, but with no luck. H1 lost lock while I was looking at trends of this gauge, so I went to the LVEA and power cycled the gauge. After power cycling, the "State" light on the gauge changed to blinking alternating green and amber, where before power cycling it was blinking only green, but the clicking sound is still present, although maybe at a reduced rate (see attached videos). Looking at trends, the gauge started to get noisy ~2 days ago and got progressively worse through today.
The vacuum overview MEDM is currently reporting this gauge as "nan".
Sorry for the confusion, we didn't attempt to reset it in software, just looked to see if it was reporting errors, which it was (see attached screenshots). Looking these codes up, it appears to be a hardware error which should be reported to the manufacturer.
