Holding H1 in Down with the IMC locked but the ISS turned off to test if the ISS is the cause of the IMC glitches we have been seeing that breaks our locks.
The secondary Microseism is elevated and the Wind is gusting above 30 MPH, so it's a good time to try to test this.
