H1 Holding ISC_LOCK in IDLE with the IMC locked, BUT with the ISS and the FSS are turned OFF.
Note: note FSS has to be ON to lock the IMC , once locked turn it off.
Using this command to open the ndscope ~/../sheila.dwyer/ndscope/PSL/PSL_fast_channels.yaml
We are watching H1:PSL-PMC_MIXER_OUT_DQ for glitches.
