QUICK SUMMARY:

TJ was taking H1 to OBSERVING as I arrived!  Plan for tonight is to keep H1 NLN as much as possible---if H1 goes down and locking is tough toward the end of the shift, will redirect and focus on only the IMC and keeping it locked overnight to log time to monitor for any glitches.  If this happens, will set ISC_LOCK to IDLE and take IMC_LOCK to from MANAGED to AUTO.

Environmentally it is less breezy than 24hrs ago.  µseism is about the same as 24hrs ago (it rose a little but came back down).
