SHIFT SUMMARY: We've been locked the whole shift! ~12.5 hours as of 06:00UTC. Site conditions are freezing fog and what looks like light snow flurries from the cameras, and the winds pretty low.

• ETMY mode1's new settings stopped working around 23:40, I tried the old settings which worked for like 10 minutes then it starting rising again. I found some new settings that are working for mode1 but it doesn't damp or ring up mode6, FM1+FM10, G=-0.1 (0^o phase). After 1.25 hours of damping it turned around though and started to diverge and rise so I zeroed the gain and I'm leaving it off.
• Low range coherence check for this lock yielded.
• 2 small earthquakes came through without any seismon alerts, presumably both from off the coast of Oregon (4.6 & 3.5)
