SHIFT SUMMARY:
IFO is DOWN due to MICROSEISM/ENVIRONMENT since 22:09 UTC
First 6-7 hrs of shift were very calm and we were in OBSERVING for majority of the time.
The plan is to stay in DOWN and intermittently try to lock but the last few attempts have resulted in 6 pre-DRMI LLs with 0 DRMI acquisitions. Overall, microseism is just very high.
