IFO is in ENVIRONMENT and LOCKING. IFO stayed in down all last night due to high winds and microseism.
Since last night, the microseiem has leveled off and even gone down a bit. The wind hasn't changed much. Attempting to lock to see where we get to.

Got very close to NLN earlier (LASER_NOISE_SUPPRESSION) but lost lock due to 3 back to back mid magnitude (4s and 5s) EQs that were exacerbated by very high microseism.
