Slow controls Beckhoff device issue

We are investigating a Beckhoff device error on the CS-AUX PLC, DEV1 on the CDS Overview. Device went into error at 11:21 PST.

Robert has powered down the chamber illuminator control chassis in the LVEA. This chassis permits remote control of the chamber illuminators via ethernet, which is not needed during O4. There is a worry that these chassis, even when in stand-by mode, could be a source of RF noise.
On the CDS overview I will change DEV1's display logic to be GREEN if the dev count is 21 of 23 and RED if any other value.
New CDS Overview has GREEN DEV1 when device count = 21, RED otherwise.
