To help understand why we've been having inconsistent locking of SRY lately, Sheila and I took an OLG of SRCL with SRY locked this morning. I stopped ALIGN_IFO at WFS_CENTERING_SRY so it was locked but not fully aligned. Compared to the last reference (July 2018) that was on the template, things look a bit worse off. We plan to have someone look at this and try to tune the loop a bit better.
