The offloading of the past 6 months of raw minute trend files from h1daqtw0 SSD-RAID to permanent archive on HDD-RAID is completed.

TW0 raid usage went from 91% to 2%. Jonathan made the DAQ puppet change to configure nds0's daqdrc file with the new archive.
