SHIFT SUMMARY:
LOG: Locking DRMI/PRMI was a big struggle today due to the elevated ground motion, it felt like the alignment was constantly running away. The picket fence seismometers are seeing so much ground motion from the ocean waves/tidal that they occasionally turn yellow as if there's an EQ for a few seconds. Primary microseism continues to rise even at the end of the shift.

The TEST node was stuck on a channel timeout and its exc time was stuck increasing so I restarted the node, but on restart it couldn't connect to H1:GRD-ISC_LOCK_OP. Last time this happened I was able to fix it by stopping and re EXC the node but that didn't work this time.
