VACSTAT detected a single BSC3 glitch at 03:18 this morning. This glitch is consistent with sensor noise.

I attempted to restart vacstat_ioc.service on cdsioc0 at 07:44 to reset the glitch, which failed with a leap-seconds error.

I updated the tzdata package on cdsioc0 and was then able to start vacstat_ioc.service.

After the restart, I disabled PT110 HAM6 which is currently not running.
