STATE of H1: Lock Acquisition

SHIFT SUMMARY: Relocking from the lockloss and currently at PREP_DC_READOUT_TRANSITION. I didn't change the damping for ETMY mode1 officially, but it seems like it will need to be made permanent. Besides the lockloss everything was quiet, I ran an initial alignment and helped ALSY a bit and we have had no issues relocking.
