Per WP12295 we replaced the +/-18V Kepco supplies located on the CER Mezanine Rack C2 U17-19.  We replace them as a set, so both plus and minus were replaced.  This was a result of one of these supplies fans failing noisliy.

Supplies Replaced:
S1201926 installed in 2012 was replaced with S1300296 which has an updated ball bearing fan.
S1201923 installed in 2012 was replaced with S1300290 which has an updated ball bearing fan.

Both supplies were tested and measured to output +/-18.5V respectively at the sequencer.  Once powered on they were further adjusted to +/-18.5V when loads were applied.
