Since the chiller swap last week, several trends (mostly for cooling) are slightly different even though the chiller setpoints were set the same as the previous chiller.

PMC REFL continues its upward trend. The RefCav alignment is tanking, but that will be fixed with an on-table FSS alignment tomorrow during maintenance.
