Sheila realised the QPD offset changes I mad eon January 21st had made the kappa C worse and that this was probably because they were the wrong sign. So I reverted them to the pre-Jan 21st offsets and accepted the values in OBSERVE.snap. We might remeasure these values and update them during the next commissioning period.

The other sdf images were me reverting tramp values after Ibrahim and Sheila measured the test mass A2L values during commissioning.
