Gerardo notified me earlier today he observed an abnormal noise and some wetness coming from the Y+ chilled water pump. When Eric and I arrived we more or less observed the same. It is most likely another failed pump seal which will have to be replaced. One will be ordered shortly assuming demand has lifted and there is available inventory. Pumps were swapped and no interruption to temperatures should be seen.
