I've tightened the thresholds for VEA temperature alerts to be closer to historical limits.  In the corner station, the range is 18.0 to 21.5 C for all zones.  For the FCES, 19.0 - 21.25 C.  End station ranges are 15.0 to 21.0 C for "A" and "D" sensors, 17.0 to 21.0 C for "B" and "C" sensors.
