Continuing the work on HEPI to ISI tilt decoupling for HAM2, I found that MIMO calculations were necessary to properly account for the non negligible cross couplings and minimize all four tilt couplings mechanisms (X to RX, X to RY, Y to RX and Y to RY).

Also useful to highlights how unsymmetrical the tilt coupling behavior is (almost two orders of magnitudes??)

The document attached is a draft of a procedure accounting for the cross couplings.

The last pages show predicted/calculated results. The correction matrix will be implemented tomorrow and we'll take data to see whether this works as predicted.
