Checking SUS TFs for rubbing

We looked at the transfer functions of the suspensions of the Test Masses, SR3 and PRM (top stage of each), to see if we could see signs of rubbing. This is a limited number of transfer functions; however, it does seem like there is some peak shifting in the ITMY-P.
