I've moved Elenna's calibration (82656) of the LSC POP diode DC power to the POP_A_LP filter.  I tried to engage it while we were relocking after the EQ and unlocked the IFO, because this is in the IFO trigger matrix. 

I've moved it and turned it on now, accepted in SDF safe and will accept in OBSERVE when we are in low noise.
