Added X6,Y6 vacuum gauges to VACSTAT

VACSTAT was extended by the addition of the X6 and Y6 beam tube ion-pump vacuum gauges. These are located about 100m from their respective end stations, and are solar powered.
The service was restarted at 11:20. The extended medm is shown attached.
