QUICK SUMMARY:

Walked in to see H1 down, after figuring out what was going on (ISC_LOCK was stalled due to H1 Manager), and seeing that H1 hasn't had an alignment for a few hours, started an alignment a few minuts ago (feels like H1 has been requiring an alignment after locklosses the last few weeks).  Alignment is almost done.

Primary microseism took a small quick stepup betwen 21-1utc, and secondary microseism returned to being above the 95th percentile since about 7utc.  Winds are calm.
