OPS OWL assistance
I had to accept two sets of SDF diffs to get us into observing, for HAM1 and ALS_Y.

I added HAM1 ISI model to the DIAG_SDF exclude list yesterday, so it shouldn't have been necessary to accept these ones to get back into observing. They will still show up as differences, but aren't looked at by the DIAG_SDF node.
