The slope trip level for some LVEA gauges was reduced from 1.0e-10Torr to 3.0e-12Torr such that if an event similar to this morning were to happen again VACSTAT would alarm on it.

Trending the SLOPE channels over the past week showed that BSC3's gauge (PT132) cannot be lowered without causing many false positive alarms. Attachments show trend and which gauges now have the lower trip level.
