STATE of H1: Observing at 147Mpc

SHIFT SUMMARY: Currrently Observing at 148Mpc and have been Locked for 5 hours. The range is still low and fluctuating a bit, but it's not as bad as it was before I made the changes to the multiple phases (83367). Secondary microseeism is going back down, and the wind is low.
