IFO is LOCKING in INITIAL_ALIGNMENT

An extremely calm shift in which H1 was locked for 9 hours today with one lockloss (cause yet known). Lockloss alog 83401.

I also ran a calibration sweep (alog 83397) since we didn't get to run one yesterday, testing out the new sweep script on the Calibration Measurement Wiki.
