INCOMING OPERATOR: Ryan S
SHIFT SUMMARY: I restarted standdown_alerts around ~15:30 UTC this morning after it died overnight, igwn_alert died with the network issues (GraceDB error) and I restarted that around 18:30 UTC. Yellow dust alarms in the optics lab throughout the day.

- The wind picked up which made ALS a bit unstable
- 17:45 UTC I held at DRMI_LOCKED and adjusted SR2 and SRM by hand to improve the alignment and Sheila went out to measure the POP power
